The city can be chaotic and overwhelming at times, let us take you on an experience that will help you process and put the craziness into perspective, enabling you to appreciate the madness of it all, by taking time to step away and take a chance to calm your body, mind and senses.
When you’re not on the mat or in one of our Philosophy lectures, spend time getting familiar with the rich and warmhearted nature of the Indian culture. Learn about cuisine, religions, rituals, traditions, holidays and festivals, and the history and context of it all.
Our Spiritual and Cultural Heritage retreat aims at finding a balance between it all, creating a space for having an unforgettable experience of India. Rest, recharge, rejuvenate, re-learn and reach new dimensions.
