Immerse yourself in the Holy Ancient city of Varanasi through an immersive spiritual practice. Become familiar with the ancient traditions and rituals of classical India. Spend time practicing hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, learn about chanting and the sanskrit language all the while learning about the true Indian cultural heritage of the vedas, yogic systems, philosophy and thought.
If you have an interest in a particular part of Indian Cultural Aspects such as religion, history, craft or philosophy we are able to adjust the retreat to that, making it a unique experience.
