Refunds & Cancellations

• It should be understood fully that money once deposited is not refundable except if
• The student becomes sufficiently unwell as to not be able to participate in the course. A doctor’s note may be required as proof.
• Has been excluded from participation in the course, due to not adhering to the Requirements for Participation, Code of Conduct, or the Terms and Conditions of Payment.
• In the case that a refund is offered we will deduct 12% administrative charges. The refunded amount will only include the cost of the days not participated in the course minus 12%. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR CLASSES OR DAYS COMPLETED.
• The paid fee can also be transferred to any other Yoga Course
